Dean Brody, James Barker Band, The Reklaws, and more lead first wave of performers for 2026 CCMAs

The first performers for country music’s biggest night in Canada have officially been announced.

Taking place Sept. 19 at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the 2026 Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Awards will feature performances from Tenille Arts, Dean Brody, Hunter Brothers, James Barker Band, Kalsey Kulyk, Jess Moskaluke, The Reklaws, and Owen Riegling.

This all-Canadian lineup includes several of the country’s most celebrated country artists alongside rising talent from Saskatchewan. Local performers include Weyburn’s Tenille Arts, Shaunavon’s Hunter Brothers, Hudson Bay’s Kalsey Kulyk, and Rocanville’s Jess Moskaluke.

“Unveiling the first wave of performers for the CCMA Awards is always a special moment, offering an exciting glimpse into what promises to be an incredibly memorable night for country music in Canada,” shares Amy Jeninga, President, CCMA. “This remarkable group of artists each bring something different to the stage, and we’re thrilled that fans across the country get to experience this extraordinary, one-night-only evening live from SaskTel Centre.”

Additional performers, presenters, and nominees for the 2026 CCMAs will be announced in the coming weeks. The 44th annual awards show will air on CTV and stream live on Crave.
