Hailey Benedict Party Without You

Hailey Benedict parties through pain and launches new era with “Party Without You”

Hailey Benedict is kicking off a new sonic chapter with “Party Without You,” a shimmery country-pop track that turns the awkwardness of feeling alone in a crowded room into something we can actually dance to.

Written by Hailey alongside Ava Suppelsa (Avery Anna, Max McNown) and Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Josh Kerr (Russell Dickerson’s “Happens To Me”), the track pairs infectious production with conversational lyrics about forced small talk, social anxiety, and missing someone who should be at the party. Think of Kesha’s iconic “the party don’t start ’til I walk in,” but this time your crush is the one MIA.

“The last year has really been about finding my people, the collaborators who could help me tell my stories the best. Being able to work with Josh, who has been a dream producer of mine, has helped me find my sound and my confidence,” Hailey explains. “We demoed ‘Party Without You’ the same day we wrote it, and I immediately felt there was a sparkle behind it. I haven’t lost that feeling since.”

This new single follows a standout year for the Alberta-born, Nashville-based artist. Hailey’s debut Big Loud release, “Things My Mama Says,” was the most-played female CanCon song at country radio in 2025, and she’s heading into next month’s Canadian Country Music Association Awards with a nomination for Innovative Campaign. This marks her fifth consecutive year of CCMA nominations.

Hailey will keep the momentum going with festival performances throughout the rest of the summer in Spain and Canada, including vALEfest in Valemount, BC on Sept. 12 and Misty City Music Festival in Niagara Falls, ON on Sept. 20.
