Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields is Lilith Fair for a new generation

Fresh off the heels of her new album ‘you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love,’ Olivia Rodrigo is taking her impact beyond the charts.

The multi-GRAMMY award-winning singer-songwriter has announced Daisy Chain Fields, a new music festival set to take over Great Park in Irvine, California on Aug. 29. This isn’t just another festival announcement — it’s a celebration of women in music, creativity and community, complete with an all-women lineup and a mission to support organizations that advocate for women and girls (and if that “inaugural” button hidden on the website is to be believed, there’s more to come).

If your first thought was that of a modern-day Lilith Fair, you’re not off base — in fact, it’s long been an inspiration for Olivia. She was featured in the 2025 documentary Lilith Fair: Building a Mystery, where she praised the touring festival and “[w]omen singer songwriters in the ’90s[. T]hey’re my northern stars.”

Like Lilith Fair, Olivia’s Daisy Chain Fields is bringing together an impressive lineup of artists spanning genres, generations and styles, while putting women at the centre of the conversation. Olivia will headline the one-day festival alongside a stacked bill featuring famous friends Chappell Roan, Doechii, Mitski, Garbage, Bikini Kill, KATSEYE, The Breeders, Remi Wolf, Rachel Chinouriri, Eli, Flowerovlove, Quiet Light, Not For Radio, Santigold, and Sofia Isella, with special guests Stevie Nicks and Karen O. And get this: Sarah McLachlan, who created Lilith Fair, is also set to appear.

Beyond the music, Daisy Chain Fields is built around a charitable mission. Net proceeds from the festival will benefit nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls. Festival-goers can expect nonprofit activations and opportunities to connect with organizations working to create meaningful change.

“Daisy Chain Fields is built on the belief that joy, community, and creativity can inspire meaningful change,” says Rodrigo in the official announcement. “By bringing together women in music and organizations helping shape a better future for women and girls, I hope we can build a community that inspires hope and positive change.”

The festival presale begins Wednesday, June 24 at 1pm ET/10am PT. Fans can sign up for a code via text or email at daisychainfields.com now through June 24. Once tickets sell out (which they will!), interested fans can join a waitlist through the festival’s website. General admission tickets are set to start at $250 USD.
